From Colombia’s renowned coffee country, this Arabica decaf is chosen for comfort-first clarity—built for late nights, post-dinner cups, and anyone who wants the full coffee experience with minimal caffeine.

This lot is decaffeinated using the MC method (methylene chloride / dichloromethane): green beans are gently conditioned (typically with steam/water) to make caffeine more accessible, then the solvent is used to selectively bond with and remove caffeine, before the beans are thoroughly re-steamed and dried so they’re ready for roasting. The method is widely used because it’s effective and tends to preserve sweetness and body.

In the cup, expect a smooth, cozy body with caramel sweetness leading the way, followed by milk-chocolate depth. A warm biscuit note rounds it out, and a soft almond finish keeps everything clean and comforting—sweet without being heavy.
