Roast Profile
Weight

Grown near the Kenyan border in southern Ethiopia, this coffee comes from the Guji zone; a region with deep red-brown soil, generous rainfall, and altitudes nearing 2,000 meters.

The cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness, then naturally processed and sun-dried slowly on raised African beds for 14-21 days. Guji is best known for its washed and natural coffees.

What’s in the cup? Think juicy blueberry and red berries, a soft floral aroma, and a gentle honey sweetness that lingers into a clean, smooth finish.

How to brew it? Treat it gently. A light-to-medium roast, medium grind, and slow pour-over will really let the berry and floral notes shine. Also makes a beautifully fruity espresso.

If you love knowing exactly where your coffee comes from, you’ll appreciate this one.
