From the coffee lands of São Paulo, Brazil, this lot comes from the esteemed Fazenda São Sebastião e Santana estate — sitting between 500 – 630 m altitude, where a favourable climate, fertile soils, and generations of coffee-growing tradition lend unique character to the crop.

Cultivated with care using varietals such as Mundo Novo, Obata and Acaia, the coffee is processed via a natural, sun-dried method — intentionally allowing the cherry to dry slowly and impart deeper sweetness and layered fruit notes.

In the cup you'll find a smooth, creamy body with an inviting base of chocolate and roasted nuts, followed by bright red-berry accents and a clean, sweet finish — bringing together the best of Brazil's heritage and modern specialty processing.

Whether you're brewing as a showcase espresso or savouring a pour-over, this bean shines when treated gently: moderate extraction, medium grind, and water just off the boil will help highlight its cocoa-nut core and fruit lift.

Origin lovers will appreciate the traceability here — and the story this bean tells: from Brazilian hillside, through attentive farming and processing, to your cup.
