Tanzania Kilimanjaro AA
From the volcanic slopes of Tanzania's Kilimanjaro region, this AA Plantation lot is grown between 1,200 – 1,400 m — where mineral-rich soils, a favourable climate, and exceptional growing conditions come together to shape a coffee of real depth and character.
Grown from Bourbon, Kent and Typica varietals and screened to the prized AA size grade, the cherries are washed processed and naturally sun-dried, as dedicated producers continue refining sustainable practices to sustain their harvest.
In the cup you'll find remarkable sweetness and vibrant complexity: a floral opening, a body of dried fruit, and bright citrus lifting into ripe berries, all finishing smooth, lively, and clean.
This bean carries a slightly deeper roast well — a medium-to-dark roast, medium grind, and water just off the boil bring out its sweetness and round body. It makes a full, satisfying espresso and a comforting filter.
Origin lovers will appreciate the traceability here: a single AA-graded plantation on legendary Kilimanjaro soil, screened and dried with care from cherry to cup.
